Messaging Program
Jobsite Resources sends operational text messages for construction safety, onboarding, project document, certification, signature, and field communication workflows.
Messages are sent by Jobsite Resources or a customer company using Jobsite Resources. Recipients are employees, foremen, supervisors, office users, or project contacts who provide a mobile number and actively agree to receive operational messages.
How Users Opt In
Users may opt in when completing a company onboarding or intake request, when an authorized office user enters their mobile number for project notifications, or when a company collects written permission from a worker or project contact. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked.

Example 1: Jobsite Resources: Your PAL onboarding packet is ready. Open your secure intake link to complete required forms before arriving onsite. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Example 2: Jobsite Resources: A safety document is ready for your review and signature. Open the secure link from your supervisor. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Example 3: Jobsite Resources: Certification reminder: one or more employee certifications are expired or expiring soon. Log in to review. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Help and Opt-Out
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages. After opting out, users may need to contact their employer or Jobsite Resources for non-SMS communication options.
