These terms apply to use of Jobsite Resources, including its safety, project, onboarding, document, email, and text message features.
Use of the Service
Users must use the service only for authorized company safety, project, onboarding, and field operations. Access may be limited by role, company, project, or administrator approval.
Safety and Compliance
The service helps organize information and forms. It does not replace required training, competent-person review, site-specific safety requirements, supervisor direction, or legal/compliance obligations.
SMS/Text Message Program
Program name: Jobsite Resources Notifications.
Jobsite Resources may send operational text messages such as onboarding links, safety document links, project notices, certification reminders, account updates, signature links, and related app notifications.
Message frequency varies based on app activity and company use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out, where supported. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Users opt in only after actively agreeing to receive text messages through an intake request, company onboarding flow, or written company authorization. The SMS consent option is not pre-checked.
Data and Records
Records entered into the service may be retained by the customer company for safety, business, insurance, legal, and compliance needs. Users should not upload information they are not authorized to submit.
